HR Data Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As an HR Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our HR and wider business teams by providing data-driven insights and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop PowerBI dashboards to deliver people data to stakeholders across the business.
  • Ensure headcount is aligned with agreed targets and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with counterparts across the business to ensure data requirements are met.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and support the wider HR team in investigating causes.
  • Conduct ad-hoc project data work as required.
  • Unlock business potential by analyzing people data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Embrace a culture of continuous learning and development, staying up-to-date with changes in reporting technology, market trends, and key people trends.

This is a full-time permanent position working 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a requirement to work on-site in Nottingham 3 days a week.

We are looking for an HR data expert who is proficient in PowerBI, understands key HR metrics, and can present complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

You will be confident in working with stakeholders at all levels, including C-Suite and Executive level, and able to influence and manage expectations while working to agreed targets and SLAs.
