Job Title: Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years and/or Key Stage 1 team/s. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the teacher in planning and delivering lessons to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Assist pupils with their learning, including reading, writing, and maths.
  • Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work with the teacher to identify and support pupils who require additional help.
Requirements:
  • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant/Early Years Practitioner qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience of working with children in a school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality support to pupils and teachers.
