About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our client's leadership team. As a key member of the C-Suite, you will be responsible for delivering strategic and operational finance and accounting services.

This is a board-level position that will contribute to the long-term development of the business. You will work closely with the Global C-Suite to drive company profitability and make strategic decisions that impact the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of strategic and operational finance and accounting services
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead a team of 5 reports and provide guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Build and maintain relationships across the organization to drive a transformation mindset

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified chartered accountant with a strong background in corporate finance. You should have experience working in a growth environment and have a proven track record of driving business growth.

Experience in renewable energy or engineering is highly desirable, but not essential. You will need to be a hands-on professional with excellent leadership and communication skills.
