Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Threat Security Advisor to join our team at the Defence Infrastructure Organisation. As a Threat Security Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and guidance on security matters to support the delivery of our programmes and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth security advice and guidance to support the delivery of our programmes and projects
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to identify potential security risks and provide recommendations for mitigation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project managers, security officers, and other relevant parties
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that security considerations are integrated into all aspects of our work
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends, and provide advice and guidance to support the development of effective security strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in security and counter-threats to Defence assets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to travel as required
  • Full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points
