We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Merchandiser to join our team at dSb Recruitment Consultancy Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Branch Merchandising, with a proven track record of planning and executing sales strategies that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sales strategies at a category level, working closely with the Head of Merchandising to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain ranges for each store, selecting looks based on historical sales data, customer profiling matrix, and Store Manager feedback.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to design and implement store layouts and focus areas, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer experience.
- React to in-season sales performance, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Forecast sales at seasonal and category level, providing accurate and actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Work closely with the Design team to develop ranges, focusing on buy budgets and historical data to drive sales growth.
- Manage promotions and sales, ensuring effective execution and maximum ROI.
- Monitor and control stock levels, forecasting and managing critical path deadlines and shipment dates to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
Requirements:
- Strong background in Branch Merchandising, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent knowledge of apparel planning, merchandising, and forecasting.
- Proficient in Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
- Experience working in the Premium or Luxury market, with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all seniorities and functions.
