About 360 Talent London:

We are seeking a highly skilled Concession Manager to join our team at a luxury womenswear Italian brand in a prestigious department store.

About the Role:

As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and leading a team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience that reflects the brand's values.
  • Develop customer loyalty by building relationships and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
  • Manage the store, including leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide performance goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving and processing new stock, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring accurate product availability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in luxury retail.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
  • Energetic, confident, and with a target-driven attitude.
