A prominent main contractor is in search of a Quantity Surveyor with a background in civil engineering or construction to join their team in Berkshire. The Quantity Surveyor will play a vital role in ensuring the success of various projects while fostering strong relationships with clients. Working closely with Senior Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, they will manage the commercial elements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bills of quantities and Schedules of Rates

  • Ensure adherence to commercial protocols
  • Provide commercial assistance to project teams

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor in the UK
  • Familiarity with NEC3 contracts
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Residing in Reading or surrounding areas
