Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our global recruitment strategy at Macmillan Davies. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business goals and workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that attracts and retains top talent
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing talent acquisition team
  • Manage a requisition load, including executive-level hiring
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and finance to assess resourcing needs and build a robust hiring plan
  • Enhance our reputation as a top employer by shaping and driving the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employer branding initiatives
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle across all functions and regions, continuously optimizing processes and tools for efficiency and innovation

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in talent acquisition, with expertise in both boutique and large-scale recruitment
  • Strong technical skills in sourcing, EVP development, and talent mapping
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience in the life sciences sector or similarly complex industries is preferred, and international recruitment experience is a plus
