About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Support Co-ordinator to join our team at NHS Property Services Ltd. As a key member of our Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective administration of key Delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise, allocate, and receipt purchase orders in a timely manner for the Delivery function.
  • Drive efficient administration of Customer Billable Works to support an effective customer experience.
  • Support strong performance through our supplier network by jeopardy management of customer billable works.
  • Provide required data, documentation, and reports to internal/external stakeholders.
  • Identify and report/escalate deviations in performance and quality from management procedures.
Requirements
  • Understanding of finance and purchase order processes.
  • Experience working with property and CAFM systems, processes, and data.
  • Experience using and understanding systems-based management information.
  • Working effectively through matrix management arrangements.
  • Understanding management information, reporting, and data.
  • Effective communication.
  • Relationship management and effective collaboration.
  • Knowledge of FM in a large organization.
  • Understanding of data and workflow platforms.
