About the Role

The University of Northampton is seeking an experienced and highly organized Clinical Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our Podiatry operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the clinic, including stock control, clinic management, and health and safety responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the setup and maintenance of clinics, systems, and processes
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals
  • Provide excellent customer-focused service to patients and staff
  • Ensure accurate and efficient stock control and management
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and risk assessments

Requirements

  • 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (English and Maths essential) or equivalent
  • 2 A Levels or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a professional customer service role
  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of health and safety policies
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
