About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Insight Specialist to join our team at QVC. As a key member of our Consumer Insights team, you will play a critical role in helping us understand our customers and identify opportunities to improve their experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze internal and external trends to identify opportunities and inform business decisions
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to gather insights about QVC's customers and strategic opportunities
  • Develop and deliver clear and actionable insights to key stakeholders across the organization
  • Integrate business insights through presentations and regular reporting
  • Monitor market trends and consumer behavior, providing relevant updates and findings
  • Build and maintain customer personas, including creative evaluation and research on QVC's brand and customers
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of databases and data mining
  • Experience with SQL or Python programming languages
  • Experience as a research analyst within a research agency or in-house role
  • Experience running qualitative projects, including writing briefs, recruitment, and critiquing findings
