Job Summary

ATA Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Test Engineer to join our client's team in Northamptonshire. As a Graduate Test Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting tests on a wide range of products, including EV batteries, and ensuring the correct operation of test equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct tests on EV batteries and other products, including climatic, vibration, salt corrosion, and shock testing.
  • Monitor and identify correct operation of test equipment, cables, and report failures.
  • Collaborate with project managers and lab supervisors to receive kick-off for testing projects and report project status.
  • Create test project reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering, such as Automotive, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Ability to work comfortably on a night shift as the sole technician.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
