Position: Quality Control Pharmacist

Location: Northampton

Overview:
Are you experienced in the release of pharmaceuticals and possess a solid background in quality control? Join a leading global pharmaceutical organization as a Quality Control Pharmacist in Northampton. In this role, you will be responsible for the release of medications against prescriptions and the thorough verification of all drug orders dispatched to patients.

Working Hours:
This position operates Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00 PM, with a weekly shift allowance provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with GPhC (General Pharmaceutical Council) regulations, Pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Corporate Quality Manual & ISO standards.
  • Acting as the Responsible Pharmacist (RP) when necessary, ensuring that medications and prescriptions meet the required quality standards.

Compensation and Benefits:
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £53,040 annually. Additional benefits include:

  • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

Qualifications:
