Production Operative in Food Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:
- Mixing ingredients and raw materials in large commercial kettles to produce our signature sauces.
- Adhering to established recipes and specifications to ensure batch consistency and high-quality output.
- Contributing to the enhancement of line performance and operational efficiencies.
- Upholding exceptional standards of Housekeeping, Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene.
- Handling food ingredients with care and precision.
- Following manual lifting protocols for items weighing between 5kg and 20kg.
- Assisting in the training and development of new team members.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes.

Essential Qualifications:
- Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting is required.
- Compliance with all relevant business and site policies, including Health and Safety and Food Safety standards.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while producing safe and quality products.
- Willingness to work in a production setting with varying temperature conditions.
