At our Wisbech facility, we have a team of 450 colleagues working together to manufacture premium chilled ready-to-cook meals for major retailers like Co-op.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for mixing ingredients and raw materials in commercial kettles to create our sauces.
- Follow recipes and specifications, ensuring consistency across batches to meet customer expectations.
- Efficiently carry out assigned operations or tasks, meeting all output targets and contributing to improved line performance and efficiencies.
- Maintain excellent Housekeeping, Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene standards.
- Resolve running problems/issues and handle food ingredients.
- Able to follow manual lifting processes to handle 5kg to 20kg weighted resources.
- Participate in training and mentoring of new staff.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve the production/process.
- Communicate effectively with area leaders.
