About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Consultant to join our team at Jackson Sims Recruitment. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for working with developers to establish effective management setups for mixed-use and residential developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with developers to set up management structures for mixed-use and residential projects
  • Attend meetings and provide expert advice on property management
  • Produce service charge budgets and review draft leases
  • Run management tenders and provide support on all projects
  • Review leases and service charge budgets, and assist with overseeing managing agents' performance
  • Provide additional support to team members
Requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Report writing and presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Industry qualification, TPI or RICS, preferred
