About the Job

This role requires a skilled Simulations Editor to join our client team and create high-quality device builds using in-house tools. The successful candidate will accurately replicate visually the 'how to' steps on a given device or application, managing time effectively and tracking builds to completion according to company and client guidelines.

The tools will be used on both agent and customer-facing platforms, requiring the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest device and operating system releases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build simulations from scratch (Lead devices)
  • Create and edit content in response to Operating System (OS) updates, unique selling points, client requests, and feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and voice of customer insight
  • Perform additional fixes on devices once tested and quality-checked
  • Assign tasks to the team on a rota basis and monitor progress accordingly
  • Review and update content in response to insight and feedback
Strategic Requirements
  • Play a key role in implementing content strategy by providing the right content delivered appropriately (format)
  • Utilize and appraise available insight
  • Adhere to best practice standards in content creation and delivery
Requirements
  • Some experience of web authoring tools or a content management system (CMS)
  • Organisation and planning skills
  • Experienced user of photo editing software (e.g., Fireworks, Photoshop)
  • Basic HTML knowledge
