Job Summary
Zachary Daniels is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner to join our team. As an Employee Relations Business Partner, you will play a critical role in improving engagement across the region and partnering with the leadership team around ER advice and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice and coaching on employment law to the regional leadership team, helping managers handle people management effectively and make fair, consistent, and legally sound decisions.
Keep managers up to date on employment law and offer training to boost their skills, knowledge, and confidence in applying these policies correctly.
Provide clear, straightforward support to managers, ensuring they follow HR policies and best practices effectively.
Track trends, ensure compliance with legal policies, and adapt or introduce local processes as needed.
Handle hearings and appeals when necessary.
Requirements
Has a deep understanding of labour law and best practices.
Understands ACAS codes and can apply them effectively.
Is a skilled influencer and communicator with stakeholders.
Has strong analytical and organisational skills, able to manage and prioritise a changing workload.
Is adaptable and proactive with a confident, solutions-focused attitude.
