Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is in search of a proactive Employee Relations Specialist to enhance our team and foster a thriving workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Offer professional guidance and assistance on Employee Relations (ER) matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and performance evaluations.
- Carry out thorough investigations into ER issues, ensuring meticulous documentation and adherence to company policies and legal standards.
- Work collaboratively with management and staff to cultivate a positive workplace atmosphere and boost employee morale.
- Design and execute ER policies and procedures, staying updated on the latest HR developments and legal changes.

Qualifications:
- CIPD level 3 certification.
- At least 3 years of HR experience with a focus on Employee Relations.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment legislation and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Hybrid work model with 3 days in the office.
- Travel reimbursement available for up to two trips per month; must possess a valid driver's license.
- Generous holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays.
