Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in Ashford, Kent. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and staff
  • Manage the front desk, including logging arrival and departure times, issuing visitor passes, and handling mail and packages
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Organize logistics for the building, including ordering supplies and managing meeting room bookings
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, such as preparing documents and maintaining records
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software
  • BPSS and BDS clearance
