We're looking for a Reservations Sales Agent who embodies our 'Anything but Standard' ethos to join our growing Reservations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing all room and restaurant bookings, handling guest inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage room and restaurant bookings, ensuring seamless guest experiences
  • Handle a range of guest inquiries, providing information on our rooms, restaurants, and bars
  • Identify future selling opportunities and create personalized experiences for our guests
  • Work closely with our team to ensure all guest needs are met and exceeded
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Rooms or Restaurant Reservations Agent or Host/ess, ideally in a similar 'Lifestyle' or boutique hotel sector
  • Highly social, motivated, and proactive, with a natural ability for sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building genuine relationships with guests
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including occasional weekend cover
