Job Opportunity: Head of Foundation

The King's School Worcester is seeking a visionary leader to shape the strategic direction of our family of three schools. As Head of Foundation, you will drive our ambitious plans for growth and development, while upholding the traditions and ethos of our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the Foundation
  • Lead the Heads of the two Prep Schools to achieve academic excellence and growth
  • Collaborate with the Governors to ensure the Foundation's vision and mission are aligned
  • Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and excellence across the schools
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, staff, and the wider community
