The King's School Worcester is seeking a visionary leader to shape the strategic direction of our family of three schools. As Head of Foundation, you will drive our ambitious plans for growth, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

About the Role

We are looking for an educationalist with a passion for learning and pupil development. You will be supported by the Heads of the two Prep Schools and will lead with positivity, respect, and transparency. Your deep commitment to the traditions and ethos of the Foundation will be essential in shaping the future of our community.
