About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Analyst to join our Digital Acceleration Team at No7 Beauty Company. As an Ecommerce Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our mass personalisation ambition for our main digital brands in our lead markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse market trends and competitor insights to provide consolidated views for the wider team.
  • Maximise the use of tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and our Customer Data Platform to extract valuable data and insights.
  • Report commercial benefits on the delivery of our overall Martech programme, including media and work with product owners to ensure the right KPIs are monitored.
  • Ensure a test and learn approach to audience, segments, and data, and plan and deploy our media testing agenda through Liveramp, our CDP, and the Adobe suite.
  • Partner with our key agency and retail partners to ensure they have access to and can readily use segments created.
  • Partner with stakeholders including Martech Partners, Data & Retail analytics teams, and insight teams to consolidate and improve reporting and analytics processes.
What You'll Need to Have
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a good understanding of success metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience with web analytics tools and tag manager.
  • Previous hands-on analytics and CDP experience ideally with Adobe Analytics.
  • Proven ability to manage data and analyse large data sets.
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations in a structured and clear way using data storytelling and visualisation tools.
  • Team player able to work within cross-functional teams who is proactive, detail-oriented, and organised.
