Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Picker Packer to join our team at Job&Talent. As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of car parts and car service parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing car parts and car service parts with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Reporting any errors, damages, or quality issues found while undertaking duties
  • Working to standard operating procedures in line with company policy
  • Maintaining high levels of Health and Safety awareness and reporting any areas of concern immediately
  • Assisting with inventory counting and stock investigations when necessary
  • Assisting other team members as necessary
  • Supporting colleagues and team leaders with all day-to-day tasks

Requirements:

  • Good communication and written skills are required within the role due to communicating with multiple different people both internally and externally
  • Able to follow instructions
  • Ability to give attention to detail
  • Be physically fit and reliable

Working Hours and Location:

Working hours are Monday to Friday, with flexible start and end times. The location is within a logistics company in the UK.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £12.00 per hour, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.
