We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pavement Site Operative to join our dynamic Field Services Department at TRL Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assessing pavement conditions across the UK, primarily on the National Highways motorway network in the Southeast, as well as local roads.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct pavement coring and clearing operations for the purpose of sample collection.
- Utilize advanced Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) technology to identify potential issues beneath the surface.
- Operate a range of specialist vehicles and equipment, contributing to the successful completion of various pavement assessment projects.
- Analyze collected samples within our UKAS-accredited laboratory, providing results back to clients to inform their decision making.
This role requires flexibility, as it involves travel throughout the UK and includes regular night shifts. The position is based in a central location, allowing for easy access to our clients and projects.
Requirements:- Experience with vehicles and machinery.
- Construction or roadworks experience.
- IT literate (Microsoft Office).
- Full UK Driving License.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK as required by project demands.
