We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Preston trade counter branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a small team of experienced staff to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage branch operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets.
- Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and improve overall performance.
- Proven experience in a trade counter or sales management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Knowledge of the uPVC windows and doors supply sector is highly advantageous.
