Join Our Team as a Building Safety Manager

Carbon 60 is looking for a dedicated Building Safety Manager to enhance our team. This role is essential in safeguarding the well-being of residents in multi-occupied high-rise residential buildings and other specified structures.

Primary Duties:

  • Lead and oversee structural and fire safety initiatives for designated buildings, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
  • Manage the safe operation of high-rise residential properties within our portfolio.
  • Establish and maintain daily safety protocols for structural and fire safety.
  • Effectively supervise safety measures within the assigned housing inventory.
  • Ensure that safety controls are adhered to for any construction activities within the managed properties.

To qualify for this position, candidates must be a registered Building Safety Manager and possess a valid UK driver's license. If you meet these criteria and are interested in this opportunity, we encourage you to learn more about the role.
