Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor

At SkyBlue Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at HMP Swaleside. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the shift to deliver planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, and other aid as required to meet site goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the shift team to ensure effective delivery of maintenance tasks
  • Manage the tool inventory and maintain security standards within the work area
  • Undertake staff appraisals and provide relevant performance information to Line Managers
Requirements:
  • Plumber qualified to C&G 6035 (Plumbing), C&G 6189 (Plumbing and heating), and NVQ level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent
  • Five years' experience as a plumber or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Water Supply Regulation and Control of Legionella L8 requirements
  • Experience working on commercial or industrial heating and water or building services systems
