Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in a GP surgery setting.
- Provide medication administration, anatomy knowledge, and patient care services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to a fast-paced healthcare environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ensure accurate and detailed patient records and maintain a high level of organization.
- Qualified to MSc Level in Advanced Clinical Practice or Level 7's.
- Active NMC or HCPC registration and a Prescribing qualification (V300).
- Proven experience in medication administration, anatomy knowledge, and patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
