Job Description

You will be joining Franklin Fitch as a key member of our Pre-Sales team, playing a crucial role in shaping the company's technical direction.

As a Presales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of consulting with clients, understanding their business requirements, and designing tailored IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their technical and business needs, ensuring a deep understanding of their challenges and objectives.
  • Solution Design: Utilize your technical expertise to design and propose customized IT solutions, incorporating best practices and the latest technologies.
  • Technical Consultancy: Provide expert guidance throughout the pre-sales process, addressing client concerns, and ensuring solutions align with their needs.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and support, to ensure seamless transition from design to implementation.
  • Presentations: Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value of proposed solutions.

You will gain broad technical experience across:

  • Microsoft Server

  • Networking

The role is remote with occasional attendance at our offices required.
