Nurse Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a brand new nursing home in Chelmsford, Essex. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver accurate and effective care to residents, including assessment, planning, and evaluation of care plans.
- Act in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and maintain registration requirements.
- Supervise and deploy staff within the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during duty periods and residents receive required care.
- Undertake nursing tasks, including medication distribution, dressings, catheterization, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions.
- Provide staff support, demonstration, and instruction of care activities, particularly in relation to induction and mentoring of new staff.
- Liaise with health and social care professionals involved in the wellbeing of individual residents to maintain a holistic approach to their care.
- Good nursing experience and excellent clinical skills.
- Able to write care plans and show empathy and warmth.
- Able to carry out general nursing tasks such as peg feeding, wound care, phlebotomy, etc.
- Able to demonstrate a can-do attitude and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- An excellent salary of £21.69 per hour and up to £49,626.72 per annum.
