About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Technician Leader. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and promoting a culture of continuous improvement using lean/modern improvement initiatives.

You will have complete responsibility for all things engineering, including people management, capital expenditure, plant and process improvement. Your role will involve identifying issues negatively affecting performance and implementing corrective action plans to resolve.

This is a leadership role, requiring engagement and coaching to bring everyone together to achieve outstanding results. If you are a driven and competitive individual who thrives when challenged, we want to hear from you.

About the Opportunity

As a Manufacturing Technician Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement, identify issues negatively affecting performance and implement corrective action plans to resolve.

You will be responsible for all things engineering, including people management, capital expenditure, plant and process improvement. Your role will involve engagement and coaching to bring everyone together to achieve outstanding results.

Requirements
  • A track record of achievement in a fast-moving, high-volume, labour-intensive, 'blue collar' process operation.
  • Motivation and ambition to continue to achieve and develop.
  • A leader who inspires those around you and encourages excellence.
  • High volume/fast-paced 'blue collar' machinery driven operations experience is preferable.
  • Modern manufacturing/lean experience is preferable.
Remuneration

£55,000 + Bonus
