We are currently in search of a

Manufacturing Technician

to become part of our team dedicated to a better future. In response to our operational demands, we are enhancing our production capabilities and are looking to broaden our manufacturing capacity. This role is permanent and primarily based in the UK.

As a Manufacturing Technician, your key responsibilities will encompass:

Assembling and testing products within the organization Conducting offsite product testing as part of factory acceptance evaluations Ensuring adherence to product specifications and accurate completion of all relevant documentation Initiating measures to identify and resolve issues Taking proactive steps to enhance throughput while providing management with proposals, suggestions, and ideas aimed at reducing manufacturing costs and recognizing continuous improvement initiatives across all areas Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations Facilitating new product introductions Collaborating with engineering teams Repairing and testing various products Performing any other related tasks assigned by your supervisor

To excel in this position, we anticipate you will possess:

A background in mechanical assembly and/or wiring Proven skills in similar testing environments Experience with Multimeters, Power Supplies, and Oscilloscopes is advantageous Demonstrated ability to solder in accordance with IPC standards A keen attention to detail and the ability to adhere to specified local work instructions A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills, engaging and working with others to achieve results A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail
