About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Rust Engineer to join our team. As a Rust Engineer at Cathcart Technology, you will play a key role in the development of our cutting-edge technology solutions. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our software systems, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software systems using Rust programming language
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code, following industry best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
  • Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of software systems

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Rust programming language, with a strong understanding of its ecosystem and best practices
  • Commercial experience with Rust, with a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and development methodologies
