Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Project Management team in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and report progress against project budgets and schedules
  • Creation and maintenance of project schedules
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities
  • Identify and manage project change
  • Manage project spend, ensuring invoicing is performed in a timely manner
  • Maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders (Clients, Suppliers, and Internal Stakeholders)
  • Adhere to the Gattaca Projects Quality Management System

Requirements

  • Experience in an Assistant or Junior Project Management role (Desirable)
  • Previous exposure to a Technical or Engineering environment (Desirable)
  • Good understanding of Project Management Principles
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentational skills
  • Ability to operate efficiently in a team and independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Competent in resource (people, budgets, and equipment) planning and coordination
  • Knowledge of MS Project, or equivalent software
  • Experienced user of standard office software (word processors, spreadsheets, etc.)
