About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Information in the development and implementation of a Trust-wide information strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manipulate and analyze complex data using technical knowledge and skills in data management tools such as SQL, Access, and Excel.
  • Support the development and implementation of national datasets, such as the Mental Health Services Data Set (MHSDS).
  • Produce analyses and reports to support information queries, issues, and requests for the Trust's services.
  • Develop robust and effective relationships with Contracting and Performance functions within the Trust to facilitate the delivery of information requirements.
  • Provide advice and support to management teams on information monitoring, processes, and quality standards.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Evidence of continuous professional and personal development.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of NHS Information data definitions and standards.
  • Advanced use of MS office functionality, particularly Excel and Access.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of SQL.
