Job Title: School Attendance and Pastoral Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Attendance and Pastoral Administrator to join our team at Careerline Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the promotion of pupils' wellbeing, emotional and mental health, self-esteem and social inclusion, as well as their attendance at school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Deputy Head (Pastoral) in championing and improving attendance and pastoral care
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with pupils, treating them consistently, with respect and consideration
  • Work as part of a wider pastoral team, and where appropriate with parents, to support pupils, whatever their needs, and to help pupils access appropriate support
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of CPOMS, SIMS and Microsoft Teams would be desirable, although training can be provided
Working Hours:

37 hours per week: 8.30am to 4.30pm Mon to Thurs, 8.30am to 4.00pm Fri

Salary:

Grade 5 £23,808 - £24,747 per annum based on hours shown above (£28,710 - £29,843 FTE)
