Highways Project Manager

United Living Group is a leading provider of infrastructure services, and we are seeking an experienced Apprentice Highways Project Manager to join our team in Shetland.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery, safety, and quality. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-value projects, experience with NEC contracts, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery, safety, and quality.
- Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Lead and manage teams, ensuring high levels of commitment and morale.
- Collaborate with the Operations Director to identify areas of opportunity and risk.
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager to ensure commercial and operational alignment.
- Ensure strong working relationships are maintained on the project.
- Proven track record of managing high-value projects.
- Experience with NEC contracts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving license.
