Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their claims and mobility services
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members for resolution
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance customer experience
