About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Design Engineer to lead a team responsible for designing electronic equipment for our cutting-edge products. As a key member of our Firing Units team, you will use your extensive electronic engineering experience to oversee the design, prototyping, testing, and integration of hardware needed for Launch Management systems, datalink and communications systems, and embedded computing resources for larger Command and Control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of electronics design engineers in the development of high-integrity, complex systems.
  • Design and develop electronic equipment for our products, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions and ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage day-to-day resources and ensure effective team performance.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in electronic design or power electronics.
  • Degree-qualified with post-qualification experience in electronic design, development, and delivery.
  • Ability to challenge existing processes and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Experience in leading significant electronic design packages.
