Job Title: Electronic Design Engineering Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Design Engineer to lead a team responsible for designing high-integrity, complex systems for our cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of electronics design engineers in the development of high-integrity, complex systems.
  • Contribute to the design of electronic equipment required to safely, reliably, and efficiently integrate MBDA products into our platforms.
  • Support process improvement and day-to-day resource management of a small team of less experienced engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in electronic design or power electronics.
  • Ideal degree qualification with post-qualification experience in electronic design, development, and delivery.
  • A willingness to challenge current processes and bring fresh ideas.
  • Experience in leading significant electronic design packages.
