Product Operations Manager at Dow Jones

As a Product Operations Manager at Dow Jones, you will play a key role in optimizing Risk Center Third-Party Product Operations. This hands-on position requires a process-driven individual with a technical background and a focus on efficient bug resolution, ISO certification support, and streamlined feature releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee bug resolution processes and manage product strategy escalation inbox
  • Provide service updates to customers
  • Assist in delivering new product features through User Acceptance Testing
  • Manage tenancy upgrade program
  • Monitor product performance and escalate issues promptly
  • Manage end-of-contract/offboarding processes

Requirements:

  • Five years of operations management experience in a technology environment
  • Proficiency in platforms like Excel, Azure DevOps, and Salesforce
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and project management
  • Change implementation experience
