Senior Substance Misuse Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Substance Misuse Nurse to join our specialist Substance Misuse Clinic in Croydon. As a key member of our team, you will provide front-line clinical care to service users, including a thorough rehabilitation process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical care to service users, including detoxification and rehabilitation
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct health promotion and education sessions
  • Collaborate with community partners to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
  • RGN or RMN qualified with relevant experience
  • Demonstrable experience or interest in addictions
  • Titration experience is highly desired
  • Current and valid registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK
