About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Substance Misuse Nurse to join our specialist Addictions Clinic in the Whitechapel area. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing front-line clinical care to individuals struggling with substance misuse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing detoxification and substance misuse treatment
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
  • Experience in substance misuse treatment and detoxification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
