We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to become part of our exceptional team. Your role will involve preparing a diverse menu that is both healthy and nutritionally balanced, catering to the specific dietary needs of residents in our care facility.

Operating within a designated budget, you will oversee the efficient management of the kitchen, guiding staff who assist with food preparation. It is imperative to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness, adhering to Health, Safety, and other regulatory standards.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Experience in a kitchen setting.
  • A recognized catering qualification (such as Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate and additional HACCP accreditation, or Level 4 Food Hygiene Certificate with a commitment to achieve it).
  • Flexibility to work within scheduled hours.
