Position Overview
Role: Air Cargo and Customs Operations Supervisor
Location: Heathrow

As a key member of the Logistics Team, you will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and Senior Logistics Manager to ensure the efficient management of our customs and air freight operations. Your primary focus will be on optimizing air freight capacity while maintaining exceptional service standards and minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and oversee our Enhanced Transit Shed Facility (ETSF), Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) status, and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
  • Supervise the complete logistics process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce expenses.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to streamline air freight activities.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
