**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Concierge to join our team at Kingdom Services Group Ltd. As a Security Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall safety and security of our premises out of hours.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor access to the premises and visitors, ensuring that all individuals are authorized to be on site.
  • Meet the requirements of health and safety policies and practices, reporting any incidents or anti-social behaviour to the relevant authorities.
  • Report repairs to maintenance contractors using appropriate systems, ensuring that all issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities, providing a clear and concise account of events.
  • Work as part of a team to fulfill customer requirements, providing a high level of customer service and support.
  • Deal with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner, using your excellent communication and customer service skills to resolve issues.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement and a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
  • A valid SIA licence or be in the process of applying for one.
  • A full five-year checkable employment history.
  • Must be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS paid for by Kingdom.
  • Own transport is preferred.
