About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at Futures. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Conduct routine inspections and repairs to maintain peak performance and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, with a strong understanding of troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Relevant engineering qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
