Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at KNAPP UK. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance and service of all the state-of-the-art equipment on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, including replacing worn-out parts on conveyors, working with pneumatics systems, and reading electrical schematics.
  • Utilizing electrical test equipment, such as multi-meters, to diagnose and repair electrical issues.
  • Working on a brand-new CMMS system, which has just been integrated to site, to complete PPM, check stores, and complete all maintenance tasks.
  • Swapping electrical and mechanical components, like for like, and stripping and re-building equipment as required.

Requirements:

  • An Engineering qualification.
  • Maintenance experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehousing environment.
  • Alternatively, you could be from the Navy, Army, or RAF with an electrical qualification.
